"Bathroom/shower area was really cruddy. Looks like baseboards had never/ever been cleaned. Toilet seat was hanging on to toilet by a thread. Door scraped floor when opening or closing, and hinges needed oiling. Other main issue was that air conditioner would not run continuously, but would cool for a while, and then stop. "All the staff I encountered were really great--super cool and conversational, but the room was a real disappointment. I walked through the door and walked into a wall of stench. It smelled like wet dogs had vacationed in the room. I usually sleep like a rock, but the stink kept me awake for a while. The shower was also not clean. "

"Honest review — The front desk staff was friendly. My room was clean. The location was excellent, close to town and the freeway. The third level is the best; however, on the second and first levels, you can hear all the footsteps from guests above, which made it difficult for me to fall asleep.
