"We stayed at Cayuga Blu hotel for my son's graduation from Ithaca College. Staff made the entire experience for us so special. They left a toy bear in graduation attire in each room we booked and allowed us to use a small party room for free to celebrate after graduation. The room fit 12 people. We were a group of 7 so it was perfect. Management let me decorate the party room in the early morning so when we came back from graduation everything was ready."

"As always, enjoyed our stay here. There was some trouble with the lighting in the bathroom after some repairs, and we were offered a different room, but decided to stay in the room we had selected. As usual, breakfasts were delicious, and the desserts were wonderful . It is always a pleasure to stay here, and the location is perfect for forays into downtown."

"Staff yelled at me for using a coffee mug at breakfast instead of. Plastic when they had coffee mugs right there. We only had two towels and 1/2 roll tp on day 1. I called to ask for towel and tp she said you can come down and get them!!!! Wow. "

"I mistakenly booked this hotel for a Thursday instead of the Friday I needed. I caught my mistake immediately after hitting purchase. I had inadvertently booked it for that same night. I reached out to Expedia and the hotel to ask if they could please cancel my reservation. Expedia said they would allow it but the hotel denied the claim and charged me the full price. "I travel to Ithaca often for work. My room (single king) was spacious and clean, a good table to do work. It was on the first floor, which I wasn't thrilled with. However, the desk is manned 24/7, so I felt a little better about it. There is a nature trail close by, if you're able, I recommend brining sneakers that can get muddy or hiking boots if you want to get some exercise outside of the small gym. Overall, good experience.
