"Kevin and Paula are the sweetest couple. Hotel is located across from Kellogg Park and it's so quiet there. Paula offered a free room upgrade since it was our anniversary weekend so we ended up with a king bed and the largest bathroom on the property! Breakfast provided is very basic: bagels, cereal, toast, donuts, coffee however on the first morning there was homemade banana bread. YUM!!! "This is the second time we have stayed there and the pool was broken. We had the most loudest people next to us and asked to be moved with no help. Very frustrating."

"Stay was fine. Room was clean, staff was helpful. The only issue I had was the walls are so thin, I could hear the normal level conversation that was happening in the room next to me. Also made it difficult to sleep because of all the noise throughout the night with doors shutting and regular hallway conversation."

"Even though the facility was undergoing renovation, my room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. It was close to the interstate, a restaurant, gas station and dollar store. Breakfast offered choices."

"The room looked clean when I got in, but the soap and the shampoo were an odd smell. The towels had a harsh detergent smell to them as well. When going to bed. There were four pillows on the bed, and they all smelled like sweaty people disgusting I was in a double room so I tried the other four pillows and those were very stinky as well. The blankets everything was very uncomfortable. Call the front desk. They brought me two new pillows, but will not be staying anytime soon at another best...

"Downstream casino, hotel is very clean, very well, staffed, and an excellent place to stay. Secondly, and perhaps most importantly for many people. This was $89 a night and so many hotels within a 10 mile range or over $200-$300 per night before tax. And that would include many average two and three star hotels which is ridiculous. This hotel should really be a four star hotel if it does not already rated as four stars."
