"Nice chic boutique hotel. Has its own bar and restaurant. Kind of tucked away, so its quiet. Check-out at 12pm is very nice...definitely bonus. Rooms very clean and modern. Small bottles of water in the room request $2 each - so bring your own water. Breakfast extra $16 which also stinks - but overall very clean, modern and comfortable hotel."

"Parking was straightforward and easy. We booked a specific room, but upon check-in, we received a completely different one. The staff took days to resolve this issue and were unprofessional about it. We checked in on Wednesday, and by Friday, they demanded we be downstairs with all our luggage by 11am and informed us our correct room wouldn't be ready until after 4pm. Meanwhile, traveling with a small child, we were told to remove all perishable items from the room and that they would store...

"Arrived early from a Cruise. We were asked to wait and after 1.5 hrs we were given a room 1 hour before check-in time. Lobby area was filled with people waiting for rooms and shuttles. The dining area we waited in was dirty, chairs had food and stains. Our room was on the top 7th floor and was nice. We liked the 3rd floor outdoor pool. it had plenty of loungers and room. Pool was big and clean. Airport shuttle was great. On time service. Didn't like that the breakfast was not included, $16.00...
