"Oxford Suites has great staff. Warm and friendly, ready with anything you need. Really enjoy the bar and hot meal after a long day driving. It is well located with easy access to anything in the Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene. We will stay here again!"

"Before booking at Comfort Suits with Expedia my wife had called them asking about the Pool & Spa. Was told both were open and usable. When we arrived to checked in the person suppose to be at the front counter was rude and sitting at a table on his cell phone. He asked our name, said we were ready to go and pass cards on the front counter. Later went for a walk to check out the spa. Was a sign saying out of order when they just told us the day before it was all usable. When we question the front...

"Great place for families. I reserved the 2 bedroom suite, did not get the 2 bedroom suite, instead was given 2, 1-bedroom suites. Great staff, clean pools and free breakfast!"

"The linen smelled- like it was forgotten in the washer. I had to sleep on the towel due to the smell. The room itself was musty also like it had a flood. The room was in the midst of small remodel. It was appreciated but a deep clean in the tiles are needed. Heavy traffic areas in the bathroom, are we are showering. The floor just felt dirty to step on. Shower was new and good water pressure. What happened to the breakfast?"

"First room had dog hair in the bed and I cleaned towels. We moved to another room per request. The room was cleaner but still towels had long brown hair wrapped in it. And housekeeper guy was a bit creepy. Front desk was kind and accommodated our family for breakfast. Price is good for what you experience."

"Freshly cleaned rooms everyday with fresh linens. The hotel was lightly dated but obviously well cared for with staff and owners taking good care of it. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and parking was excellent. The free coffee wasn’t just good because it was free coffee it was very high quality as well. I will be coming back."

"I just extended our stay here. It's clean, quiet, helpful staff. Denny's for breakfast is definitely a plus. Only down side is no elevator. On the plus side, grandson is learning to navigate steps."
