"Friendly staff, great breakfast and social hour, big rooms and beautiful setting next to the river. Quiet and away from everything yet close enough to anything you want. We will return!"

"Room was clean, breakfast was tasty. We didn’t use the pool but seemed well maintained. We love the convenience and setting of the place, quiet despite the location is sandwiched by busy roads. However the front desk manager was so rude giving the worst vibes like he doesn’t understand how customer service works, arrogant, condescending, I don’t know what he was judging against but left me very bad impression for this stay."

"Nice kitchenette with basic needs for cooking (plates, cups, utensils, etc. Room was clean. Limited coffee and sugar, creamer in the room. Very little coffee essentials in the lobby sitting area. Remote was broken in the room. Very nice staff."

"Although the room had been "cleaned" it smelled of stale cigarette smoke and dirty carpet. It was a no smoking room. The door knob on the inside of the bathroom was falling off, so you couldn't close the door. The faucet in the sink in the room was dripping, the only chair was dirty, and the upholstery was so worn there were holes in it. We did not stay. We forfeited our payment and left."

"This place has really gone downhill since ce we stayed here a few years ago. Our room wasn't vacuumed, trash can under sink was full, the nightstands had coffee residue. And the building smelled bad. The room doors are left open for anyone to walk in before anyone gets to their room. Definitely look for something better."

"The front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. He was the positive part of the experience. And I definitely appreciated that it was pet friendly with no extra charge. Also, the air conditioning worked well. Otherwise the hotel was grungy and not particularly clean. The first room I checked to had a faulty door and the front desk person helpfully gave me a different room. In fairness, the first room was cleaner and generally in better condition. On the whole, the place had an unsafe vibe...

"Room was very nice and comfortable. Appreciated the temprepedic mattress topper. Also, slow clap and extra stars for supplying 3 pillows per person and 3 types of pillow. Well done. Robes, nice continental breakfast, GREEK yogurt parfait bar. AND yet another solid choice, GLASS not plastic bottles of San Pelecrino in the no host honor bar. Tiny area for improvement, great job having a bottle of still water and glasses waiting the room. Refill the bottle in the mornings or...place a pitcher...
