"Air handler was so loud it was unusable. In fact, you can hear other room’s air handlers from your room. Was put in a room above the outdoor bar seating and had to deal with so-called grownups drinking and being loud into the early morning hours. You can literally hear every noise in your room as if the walls were paper thin. 2 of the 3 mornings there was no hot water for showers and the breakfast was less than average at best. Barely any space to put things or walka round. There def wasn't enough Outlets in the room for chargers. Just the slow ones on light fixtures. The sink is Way to high for Kids, and the faucets are too Small for anyone to fit a normal...

"Hallway has a moldy chloride smell. Room looks near but dont feel clean. Carpets feel sticky. When I first turn on bath water, it was black. I let it run for about 3 minutes before it cleared up. There is no breakfast. You can also smell weed inside the room if people are smoking in the parking lot. I would not want to stay in this property again."

"Room was clean. Duvet was showing some wear and tear, clean but some of the seams were torn. Staff was very polite and friendly. Breakfast was good. Nice variety and options. Loved the pools and hot tub. Only two plastic cups in the room. Did provide more when asked but should have more stocked in the rooms. This is our third stay there and would return."

"It says breakfast included but it is a table in the lobby with a coffee thermo and few snack bars and small muffins. It is suppose to operate until 9:30am and I went at 9am and it was empty."

"Room was clean, bed was comfortable, location is convenient to the Udvar-Hazy Center. It was pretty easy to see why this was the least expensive hotel in the area, though. The kitchenette area had broken drawers and no drain plug for the sink, and "breakfast" in the lobby was coffee, instant oatmeal packets, and a few packaged pastries. Fortunately there's a killer bakery/cafe within walking distance! Not a bad stay, but definitely no-frills."

"We had an excellent experience at the Manassas Courtyard! I use a walker for my back problems and the young lady at the desk couldn't be more helpful and pleasant! There's plenty of handicapped parking, the room was very clean, the beds very comfortable, and both tv's worked! ( know, but that isn't always the case!) The only problem we had was they wre blacktopping the area at the main entrance, so we had to park and walk some distance to check in. But after that, we could use the side...

"The property was good, however the bed was very uncomfortable. Example I could feel the springs and breakfast wasn't good. The eggs were cold along with other breakfast items. I had to leave the hotel and go to a restaurant to get a hot breakfast."
