"could use some updates & didn't have a fresh clean smell"

"We stayed only one night as a stopover during a longer trip. The room was ready, attractive, spacious, clean and comfortable, and parking was easy. The restaurant downstairs was reasonable and convenient for a quick dinner after a long day. The included hot breakfast the next morning also very good and convenient. Definitely felt we had picked a winner for our purpose!"

No bath towels in the room, called and was told someone would bring them to the room. had to go to front desk to get them. Asked to take paper plates and plastic ware back to room as the suite had no eating utensils. Was initially told no, after employee got manager was told ok. We did not take any. Bought our own paper plates and plastic ware. Staff was not...

"The hot tub was out of service. The restaurant was never open when we wanted to dine there. The bathroom in the room had an odor. Otherwise the stay was suitable for the couple of nights my husband and I stayed."

"not in a safe location. Trash all along perimeter of parking. Not well lighted. Dog walk area is dirt and mud, and trash."

"I have stayed here many times and for the price you really can’t complain. However, we only had two bath towel towels, one washcloth and no soap. I tried to get in touch with the staff, but they did not answer so I just went to the dollar store and bought what I needed. Again for the price it can’t be beat. Just know you’re not in a Hilton."
