"This is a great place, located up a little side street off the main drag in Springdale. It's in a lovely old house that has been expanded. Each room is named after a novel, and they are very nicely furnished and cozy. You are given breakfast coupons for two local restaurants that are within five minutes' walk away and they are great. "Great location for Zion trip. Springdale shuttle right out front - when they run. Seems like for the busiest weekend of the year they'd have more buses. That's on the City of Springdale, not Hampton. Room was large. Nicely done. However, I always beef about the tub/shower combo. Not safe. Don't like. Also, this bathroom has a "centralized" fan system. It doesn't work. There was mold growing near the ceiling on the nice wallpaper. That's a serious problem. Question: are all hot tubs at all...
