"Check in was very fast, the lady at the reception was nice and everything went smoothly. When we took the elevator we noticed that it was very dirty. We got to the room where it was pretty clean but when we looked in the bathroom we were disappointed. It was not cleaned at all, only the towels were changed, the shower was dirty with dirt from previous customers, full of black hair, the shower glass was dirty and the floor was full of hair and dirt and behind the toilet bowl there were two...

Communication is terrible due to the different hosts I was trying to reach out too. After seeing the condition we decided to make the best of it because of the weekend I could not get a temporary credit to book another home for my family. Not an ideal home for family. I disputed the charges as soon as I could."

"My family and I loved the hotel. We loved the suite amenities and the breakfast, happy hour drinks and snacks. It was convenient to all our needs and we had the best time! The available soda and coffee helped us keep the children happy. The staff was cordial when we asked for blankets and additional toilet paper. The bartender was so nice. Jesse took great care of the dining area in the lobby taking our plates and cleaning the area with extreme courtesy. We will be back!"
