"Stayed for a week,a lot of info was withheld and the organizers weren’t transparent about. There’s trash on the side of the house,they’ve continued to let guests who were obnoxious rude or violent stay there. Each time it was brought up,it was dismissed. I personally witnessed the staff steal a guest’s food and be absolutely rude about it. "The room was not clean. There were many cockroaches and ants throughout the room. The bedsheets had several stains, and I couldn’t tell if they had been properly cleaned or replaced. "The room is not clean and does not have the amenities that it says the room in the photos has, the room does not look anything like what appears in its photos and it has animals in addition to that.There is no security as such and you are exposed to many things"

"Will not stay here again .looks nice on the picture but when you get there it’s and inconvenience.Theres not stuff on site .theres a code to get in and out of the building.and if some how your locked out you have to call .i would just stay at an actual hotel."

"Nice, clean room. Location was convenient to where I needed to go for an appointment. The office was open 24 hours, which accommodated my need to check out very early to catch a particular bus. The refrigerator and microwave were nice touches that other motels don't necessarily provide. Big TV. Random, but: as a home design aficionado, I thought the choice of sort-of-shimmery tiles in the bathroom were very pretty."

"I am not used to rooms not being carpeted. But the linoleum was bubbling up in the middle of the walking path. The room is what I would expect from the location. I wasn't expecting a 5 star resort. But for what is was it's what I expected. The breakfast was very basic, and only had 3 tables which were taken, So I ate in my room. But all in all not bad from what I expected."

"During one night of my stay, I saw approximately 7–10 cockroaches in the room. Then they would run and hide into small areas were you couldn’t get them. I wanted to share this so future guests are aware and so management can address the issue. This needs to be addressed."

"ok....so this little Inn is perfect. The location is amazing. The price is incredible. The Inn is safe and quiet. No, it's not glamorous and it's not the Ritz-Carlton and the rooms aren't large, but for the price I was astounded. The rooms are immaculate and there is cleaning service and parking. Perfecto."

The biggest surprise and annoyance is that this hotel has minimal parking so double-parking is mandatory (and the lobby desk holds keys and moves cars to unblock people...). It's not something they can fix, but important to note if you want to make an early escape to Universal Studios or the like."

"The inn was located in a convenient part of town. It was roomy but much of the paint was patched and the carpet taped together. Furniture was old and worn. The pool was lovely, the palm tree gave it a friendly tropical feel. The staff was always helpful, especially when I needed help carrying my bag up or down the stairs, as there was no elevator."
