"The staff were helpful and friendly.
The room was average as its location was not the best.
The breakfast area was dirty and more staff are needed to clean tables and provide utensils plates etc.
Meals were below average but the service was great.
Caters for families but not for adults without children on extended stays."

"qualia is one of the most beautiful properties we have visited. The setting, architecture, views, and atmosphere truly feel special and uniquely Australian.
Our arrival experience was excellent. Noemi provided a warm airport pickup, smooth check-in, and a thoughtful overview of the property and room. The accommodations themselves were stunning.

"Hotel provides transportation by luxurious private van that will bring you getting around e.g. to Marina center and restaurants. Very efficient on airpot transfer and check in process"
