"Room was clean, but dated . Couch had stains and worn. Small oven would’ve been nice or a central bbq area. Everything worked fine, but eating out each meal does get expensive. Nice swimming pool but part of it you cannot use as there’s a massive speaker blasting music very load most of the day. It obviously was annoying to most guests as everyone avoided that part of the pool. Also, most of the rooms are facing the pool, so we could hear music most of the day. I wouldve scored it less, but...

"We had a great 3-night family stay at Whitsunday Terraces in Airlie Beach. The location is excellent—close to everything—and the views are absolutely stunning, which really made the trip special. That said, the kitchen and bathroom are quite dated and in need of an upgrade. The most frustrating part was the lack of WiFi in the rooms, which was a real inconvenience during our stay. Overall, a very enjoyable stay thanks to the location and views, but a few updates would make a big difference."

"This was a dream come true stay for the one day we stayed. (We were evacuated our second day due to cyclone). The staff went above and beyond. The room was great. You get a lot of extra amenities included like the transfer to and from the island, snorkeling and the glass bottom boat tour. The best part was after 430 the day tourists left and we had the whole island to ourselves with only 29 guests staying over night. Overall it was the best day of vacation I ever had."
