"Great stay very close to Time Square! We came during a busy time, so we had to wait in a very long line just to get/ speak to someone at reception. The room tv and phone weren’t working, and the showers did not get too warm. Other than that, it was an overall great stay and would still recommend to others."

"The hotel itself is good - getting to be a bit dated and could benefit from a refresh, but not too bad. However, our $300 headphones were stolen from our room by the cleaners. We reported the theft and security plans to conduct an investigation, but didn’t inspire much confidence in the likelihood that they will be recovered or that we’d be compensated."
