"Pool was not open. We were informed that tap water not drinkable. Hotel initially provided 1 small water bottle per guest but we were told any additional bottles were the guest’s responsibility. We feel that the Riad should provide as much drinkable water as required for guests. Staff very accommodating and helpful (Thank you Bouba, Abraham & Mouran). Location of the Riad was within walking distance of most attractions. "

"The staff were super kind and accommodating. The location was great, just a 5 minute way from everything which was super convenient. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfy. The bathroom was clean and had everything we needed (hair dryer, towels, shampoo, body wash, etc). The terrace was very beautiful and overlooks the city. "The staff was great but the property needed work, was dark. There were stains on bed sheets and towels. Water was freezing cold and the sink wasnt even working, to clarify only drops would come out. "

"I loved my stay at the riad. Staff was really nice and professional, the place is beautiful, nicely decorated and with a welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely recommend. It is slightly difficult to find, across the street from the mosque you will notice a narrow alley in between buildings. It looks a bit shady but it is safe, at the end of the alley turn right and you will see the riad entry."

"Perfect hotel to stay in Marrakech.This Magical Place is located in the centre of Medina just few minutes walk from the Jemaa El-Fnaa and in walking distance from other places.There are two great restaurants in the hotel serving perfect food and drinks,also the breakfast was good.The rooms are nice,clean and well equipped.And the hotel staff, they are just exceptional.Always helpful doing everything to make you feel welcome ,happy and more than satisfied with your stay.Definitely recommended."
