"Excellent customer service and lovely family friendly rooms! We stayed as a family or five and had enough space in the family room to move around. The only downside was the poor ventilation in the rooms however I appreciate that this is a very old building. Regardless, this day exceeded my expectations and I will definitely stay again. "

"Very nice staff who are always helpful. The location of the Riad is great for taxis, as well as walking to the center of the Medina. The room was clean and had a lot of space. On hotels.com, a superior double room sleeps 3 people, which is what I booked. But when I got to the Riad, they said the room only hold 2 adults and one child. We had to pay the difference to have the third adult. When having more than 2 adults in one room, book through their site directly. "

"The Riad was charming . Elegant and full of antique furnishings. The variety of tile designs are amazing. Every corner of the Riad is so well done with beautiful taste. The breakfast with ample choices. The front desk personnel’s are very pleasant and helpful. Our suite fit 4 people is large and beautifully decorated. I wish there was a small fridge to keep drink. The internet is spotty in the room. Overall our stay was great and will stay here again if we come back. "

"Great location right by the medina, staff really helpful..from meeting us at the taxi and guiding us through the alleys on the first day, to taking us to the hammam, to making mint tea and cake on an afternoon...just lovely. Rooms clean and beautiful. Real mixture of nationalities staying which made breakfast a place for conversation and exchange of stories.(variety of food for all nations)"

"Tive uma experiência incrível com o Riad Les Dunes, desde a minha chegada até ir embora. Todos são muito simpáticos, solícitos, super amáveis. Me acompanhou até a porta da Medina em “TODOS” os meus passeios onde os motoristas vinham recolher. O café da manhã com variedade, e eles sempre atentos em relação a alimentação (vegetariana). Enfim o Riad me surpreendeu na positiva em todos os aspectos. Quer venham com família, ou sozinhas, saibam que estarão muito à vontade. "

The food was delicious and served in a wonderful Moroccan atmosphere. The rooftop bar was nice as well. The hotel’s staff were very nice and took very good care of us for our brief time there. A great place to spend our last evening in Marrakech. "
