Everything at this hotel was great! Great location. Very clean and decorations make you feel relax. The staff was not only great, was supper Great. Abdel was the best part of the stay. He is very Friendly, attentive, with an upmost professionalism. The food was excellent. I’m not sure if there is a number to rate this experience. Beautiful place! The little birds flying around the main entrance make you feel like they are welcoming you. Abdel is the kind of staff every hotel should have. I will give 100 stars to all the staff and service if I could.

Room issues - shower fitting fell off, towel rail missing a rail, bathroom shaving/make up mirror broken off. Friends bathroom the mixer pull for bath/shower was broken so it ran half shower and half bath. Seems like bathrooms could do with a bit of love and care to maintain them. Otherwise nice, good location and people were genuinely friendly.

Riad Jona is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Mohammedsur (if I spelled it correctly) was amazing. I forgot the name from the Desk of our arrival. He was so welcoming. For our check out, Mohammed was knowledgeable and helpful for my queries. Keep it up guys! The location suits our needs: restaurants, shops bus...everything. The room and toilet was pleasantly clean! I am very keen when it comes to sheets, it was neatly clean and fresh! The ambience is aesthetically designed! I wish there will be early breakfast upon request for other guests that has early flight. However, for the whole experience, it was perfection! We will definitely come back! SHUKRAN BEZAF!

Beautiful property can be a little hard to find. The grounds were amazing and the rooms and pool were beautiful. We were a little disappointed because we had been traveling all day and the hotel restaurant while it had vegan options on the menu they didn’t have any meals so we had to go out. Other than that great service and a beautiful place to stay. I’d stay there if we went back to Marrakech

The place is nice and in an ok location. They have done well with trying to make it resort like but it’s not a resort. The beds are terrible like sleeping on plywood and the pillows are just as bad. The place is very noisy, you can hear normal conversations through the wall and the alley way out front is extremely noisy.

Staying in a Riad a very different experience than in a hotel and enjoyed our 2 nights stay here. Each staff member is freindly and very helpful. A useful information I would share rgat I wish I had before our trip. To reach here you should get a taxi to “Place Mellah” ( a roundabout) and then drag your bags over for 5-6 mins. But that's not too bad. This place is quite and peaceful, given that its close to a busy Souk
