This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at this hotel. We booked a room with partial ocean view because there were no ocean view rooms available. When they say partial view, it truly is not partial. Maybe others are
different, but we had to lean over the railing and really stretch to see the ocean. I guess it’s better than just looking at the courtyard.
The temp in the room was very warm and despite trying to turn the temperature down, it was still warm. We had it set at 60 and it felt like it was at least 75. We should have just called the front desk, but we just survived. We did mention it upon checkout. Also, the radiator was really noisy (I saw this in other reviews). It kept kicking on and off constantly and was very loud. Again, didn’t call the front desk since I figured that it was the way they were based on previous reviews.
The front desk staff were great! I wish that I got their names. It was cold out and nobody was on the beach, but I wanted to sit out there and watch and listen to the waves. Thinking that there would be no chance, I asked the front desk if they had chairs that that they rented to guests. She said that they did not, but they did have some beach chairs that previous guests had left behind. So she showed me those and said I could use it the whole time we were there.
We requested a late check out and they did accommodate us.
I would stay there again, but probably only if I could get an ocean front view (esp since the last one we had seemed bigger).
