Unprofessional, did not know that I wouldn’t get refund if canceled? Called 2 x spoke to hotel and Expedia. Never received anything. Disgusted since it was for my sister that had to rush to be with my mom in ICU. Terrible customer service.

Was looking for an inexpensive room for an overnight. It was clean, but worn and tired in appearance. The patio slider would not shut properly and the carpet near the entry door was dirty appearing.

It wasn't just a room, we got upgraded to a suite. Staff was super friendly and helpful! The suite was clean, it was welcoming, and this will be my go to place in the future!

I usually never have a problem, this used to be one of my favorite places to stay until today. Until today when the manager called me during my work day, to accuse me of having more than just my son and I in the hotel room, accused me of smoking when I don’t smoke cigarettes (I vape outside only) and refused me a downstairs, handicapped room. I was able to get a handicapped room the stay after this one (one that’s poorly rated) but with the phone call from KATHY today, I think I’ll be looking for other places to spend my money on instead of this place from now on. KATHY was very nasty, rude and lacked any and all customer service skills when I spoke to her today. I love this hotel and staying here, not worth the manager calling with some superiority complex though.

Guest services gentleman was good. Just the room itself was awful. Room 103, lower floor. I explore the room, as I do, whenever I stay in hotel/motel. I turn on lights. The floor lamp had a light bulb missing. I’m glad I didn’t put my finger in the socket. I had to plug in and charge my camera. The outlet wasn’t working and neither was the power strip. The power strip had tv, microwave and fridge plugged into it. Went to front desk and he called maintenance. He put a bulb in. He had to check the fuse box. That was figured out. I hadn’t looked at the bathroom yet. When I did I was hesitant but I was soooo tired I needed to rest. I was going to take a shower. Put the water on and once it was hot, the water started coming out of the handicap accessible entry for the shower. There was a crack in the wall of the shower base. It wasn’t until after that when I found a bug on the bed. That was a clear sign I needed to leave. But it was late and needed sleep. I really should have left, because of the mold in the bathroom. I went to the desk and said I would be checking out early in the morning. Gave them a list of things that was wrong with the room. They offered to switch but I was too tired and just wanted to leave at daylight. Unacceptable! I hope all the other rooms aren’t that bad.

This place looks picturesque from the photos. It’s basically a super 8 ish place. Not worth the money. They did have a pool. The hotel didn’t seem safe. The curtains in our room did not cover the window. People walked passed all the time. If they wanted to look on, they could. There was a lot of space. We liked that.

Something in the room made me cough like crazy—I could not be there at all except to try and sleep. Checked out a day early to avoid feeling sick. Not a good experience. Hoping Expedia will refund me for the last day.

Disappointing, shares "continental breakfast" with neighboring hotel and there was no fruit, out of date packaged food. Beds were terrible, staff encountered were not friendly, just overall a disappointing experience at this establishment.
