"The room was clean. The amenities worked. However, having to ask for towels and ice bucket liners as I think they were short staffed for housekeeping staff. Hot water was always nice and hot. Staff was very friendly."

What I truly enjoyed mistakenly was it’s set aside from the main thoroughfare of traffic and it was quite. The breakfast was quite nice for what they offered and again clean. "They have added parking fees to park yourself in their completely empty lot. Then put 2 women in a 1st floor balcony room that didn't have a lock on the balcony door. I spent an additional $100 on a room with an amenity that doesnt exist and no one told us the door to the "balcony" had no lock. I have stayed at this hotel dozens of times and refer friends and family there when they visit. I will never stay in another Marriott property. "We appreciated the person at the front desk changing our reservation to first floor room since we are older and there was no elevator. She was a gem. Everything was comfortable, clean and convenient."

"Clean linens, but there was still hair in the shower, the jacuzzi felt like you were going to fall through it when you were standing in the shower, and the external part of the jacuzzi where it covers the motor was falling off of the tub/wall. The shower wall (plaster) was falling apart, and it was questionable as to if we would find used needles on the carpet based off of the feel of the hotel. Anywhere we went, we were eyed like we were going to get mugged, and we weren't even dressed fancy."
