"Externally, the place looks rough. The outside steps could be a tripping hazard. The room was clean but smelled like a stripper (the air freshener). Bed was good. Close to VIR - fine for crew, not your GF. Dominos, grocery and McD walkable."

"The bed was very uncomfortable and the ac (which I had to trouble shoot to get it working) was so loud we had to turn the tv up so much it probably disturbed the neighbors. The tv flickered on and off. Pool was closed in mid May. We are not picky folks by any means but Hampton Inns have historically been a lot better stays."

"The bed had pubic hair on it from I'm assuming the previous person that rented it. The area was extremely noisy all night and I felt insecure at the property."

"The hotel was located right next door to the Caesars casino in Danville VA. Beautiful hotel. Rooms are large. The beds are comfortable."

"On a positive note this is a very attractive and well-appointed hotel. However, no on-site restaurant, ave continental breakfast, no bar, and challenging to navigate through multiple level floors separated by several staircases and doors. For me the decor did not outweigh the cumbersome floor plan, and lack of food and drink. "

"Nice room, larger than most. Staff was very helpful and friendly. There is a shuttle that tuns from the Bee Hotel, to The Holbrook and then to the casino, very nice amenity. Room was clean, appliances seem to be almost new. Decorated very nicely. Would highly recommend. If I have a need to visit Danville again (which has a lot more to see than I expected) I'd stay here again."
