"What a superb little place, not so little as the dog and I had the house to ourselves. If you want something which is quiet, safe, typically French and within a 10 minute walk of a fab bistro in the village then this is for you. Host was superb, great communication and attention. Would highly recommend as a pit stop if driving from UK to Spain."

"Very nice overall experiences, every detail is well thought of. Excellent breakfast especially their home made jam and yogurt. Limited dining options but we tried two restaurants nearby and they both exceed our expectations. Remember to reserve tables as they can go quickly especially during school holidays. Hugh recommend! "We came in winter and our room was warm, quiet, comfortable, and clean. Our host offerered a complimentary daily breakfast that was delicious and was a very much appreciated start to the day. Location is steps away from the Chateau Royal as well as many good restaurants. Highly recommend this excelent hotel."

"Lovely place, and very nice owners. Great rooms and beds. The pool was fun, and the hot tub very nice. And the breakfast was fantastic. The only thing to be aware of is that if you don't have a car it's hard to get to (taxis are hard to come by in Amboise), and a decent walk from downtown Amboise."

"Excellent welcome. We arrived at the gate and we're greeted in a very friendly professional manner. We were welcomed into the lovely courtyard with a smile and guided professionally through the check in process. Our french is not very good and their english was excellent so it made us feel at ease. We were shown around the property and guided to our accommodation plus very helpfully booked in for a session in the Spa in the cave which is wonderful. We were also provided with much helpful...
