I booked this hotel for my (non-French speaking) parents (mid-70's). The staff was lovely, they really liked their room, and on an otherwise noisier section of Reims, they felt the room was quiet and got a good night's rest. Great small hotel in Reims. Convenient location means you can walk everywhere in downtown Reims. The major champagne houses are a short bus ride away. Rooms are small but comfortable. Breakfast is adequate but not great.

Friendly welcome and excellent location, only problem could be lack of space in the carpark but there is public multistorey a hundred metres further along the road.
