"This hotel was perfectly situated just a short walk from the heart of Vienna. The area was quiet & safe; but vibrant enough as bars and restaurants are at the end of the street.
The hotel itself is immaculate in every way.
The staff in their service are friendly, professional and helpful.
The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious.
Food and beverages - excellent.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it: and will certainly plan to return there."

"It IS a Holiday Inn so rooms are small, quality of shampoo and toiletries is lacking, and it is located a 30 minute walk from Inner Stadt, BUT, hotel is incredibly clean, staff are super friendly (by Austrian standards, definitely), and there are many nice restaurants nearby."

"The good thing is its just across the Vienna Main Train station. Staff was not helpful. There was no mode of communication in the room to contact the staff.
I had to go the reception to ask for iron. They keep on saying it will come in 10 mins even after going multiple times downstairs. After an hour, I had to go without ironing my clothes. But even when I came in the evening, nothing was there in the room. Regarding amenities, you will only find handsoap and shower gel in the room. TV is very...

"We had a terrible start with this hotel, though things improved eventually. At 2:30pm on the day we were checking in this hotel, I received a message from this hotel that they were overbooked and had to change us to another NH hotel nearby. This is really upsetting because I told this hotel that my wife and I were celebrating our 25th anniversary and they even acknowledged my request 2 weeks prior to our check-in. Also, I chose this hotel specifically for its decor and style, which the other NH...

"It’s more budget than you’d expect for a premier inn - no tea making facilities in the reception or in the room and no drinking water without paying for it. The bathroom was a bit worse for wear. The location is very convenient for the station though and the room was clean so if you’re looking for super budget then it is that."
