Solo tuve un problema al hacer el check in ya que había reservado una Suite con dos camas y al llegar me querían entregar un cuarto con una cama y un sillón mientras ellos argumentaban que un sillón es igual que una cama siendo que en Expedia venían imágenes y descripciones con “2 camas” y uno un sillón y una cama… al final y después de argumentarlo me cambiaron de cuarto, pero si fue desgastante convencerlos y hacerlos entender que ellos estaban mal"
