We’ve travelled to 77 countries and this stay was one of the top disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had given the expectations of a five star hotel. If rated as a three star it would be been a disappointment but not intolerable such as it was."

It looked like it wasn’t cleaned at all after the previous guests left. Many, many hair on the bed, pillow and ground.
