"Room amenities were not 4 star. No USB ports, no kettle, warm fridge, safe that didn't open, bedside wall light front plate fell off, no instructions on how to operate anything, no information about breakfast/dinner menus, bed sheets do not fit the bed. Room was clean, bathroom was very nice, hairdryer included. Staff pleasant and mostly helpful. Restaurant did not make a good impression at dinner. Slow service, wrong order after long wait followed by another long wait for the correct...

"We staying in the XXL which came with 2 double beds and 1 double sofa bed. The 2 double beds and sofa bed we're separated by a wall and sliding door. The room was a good size and the bathroom clean. "Attention danger ! Hôtel bien situé et bon rapport qualité prix mais parking non sécurisé. Ma voiture a été volée dans la nuit alors qu’elle était garée sur le parking à 50m de la réception. La direction reconnaît avoir chaque semaine 3 faits de casse ou vol de véhicule. A fuir. Privilégiez un hôtel avec parking sécurisé."

"We loved our stay at this absolutely charming and beautiful hotel Ypres. It’s set on extensive and beautifully landscape grounds only a 10 minute walk from the centre of town. Extremely well maintained to a very high standard, the staff was marvellous and the dining room was excellent. The cost for breakfast seemed a little high at first, but after we experienced the breakfast, we had no reservations. Extensive buffet with freshly cooked options. Very high-quality.
