"Just went for an overnight trip and book at the Residence Inn and enjoyed our room and accommodations. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast the next morning before checkout. Will book here again and it is also walking distance to all resteraunts and entertainment..."

And the man at the check in desk was very rude. We were there for a concert and expressed concern about making it on time for the show and his response was “are you performing?”- he was very rude while I was being clam and trying to be understanding. "We've stayed here several times, and we'll probably be back again. It's a great location for us, close to the Metro. I like that breakfast is included, and there's a good variety. I like that there's parking on site, although that parking garage is a challenge with a big truck, but it can be done."

"Attended an event there and they did not explain how the parking worked. I told them I was going to be there through Sunday evening and paid the parking fee and when I checked out I doubled checked it was okay my car was still there. When I went to leave I was told I had to pay an extra day fee, but there wasn't even a parking attendant there. Had to pay an extra $25 when I could have just parked on the street for free. Will not be staying here and instead will choose the Hyatt down the street...
