"I stayed here for 4 nights. Pros: centrally located in a safe area where you can walk to most things within 20 minutes. Cons: poor staff communication. My first night the fire alarm went off. The entire building emptied into the street at 2 AM. After the fire squad left- the alarm went off until almost 4 AM. No email to guests apologizing. Nothing. While likely rare still an indication of their concern. It wreaked havoc on my sleep for the trip.

The location is incredible it is so central in Budapest that everything is in really good walking distance (many times we easily popped back to the hotel for a rest, refresh and a bathroom break), the bus to the airport is at the end of the street (5 mins) along with the underground and tram stations to take you everywhere round the city. There are coffee shops, supermarkets, Drogerie Markt (for all your toiletry needs) and food...
