"Absolutely exceeded expectations! Even though this is technically a 4-star hotel, it more than deserves 5 stars in my book. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - special shoutout to Kerry for going above and beyond! The breakfast was a highlight, with a great variety and some excellent vegan options (which can be hard to find). "Single traveller, using the hotel as a half way stop during a long journey. Stayed just for one night. The staff, from the reception to the restaurant were absolutely fantastic. Knew my name and used it, I felt like their most important customer, even though the hotel/restaurant seemed busy. Hotel is clean and comfortable, room (8) is small but perfect for one person unless you really want to spread out or perhaps are staying a bit longer.
