It was convenient but noisy near the airport and freeway. The room had a flumsy curtain and rod to separate the bathroom which instantly fell down when we entered the hotel room. We will likely not stay here again.

Room had a ton of clover mites and some ants. Was too tired from traveling to ask to switch rooms since I was only staying 6hrs. The hotel also accidentally charged me for the room even though I paid through Expedia, was refunded within 24hrs after bringing it to their attention. The room I was assigned was on the first floor, not a safe feeling for a female traveling alone, most hotels would never do this unless asked. I usually love aloft but this particular stay was meh.

Our room was very noisy - there was a huge gap between the bottom of the door and the floor. We heard everyone getting ice/vending and using the stairs all night long.

Todo esta excelente en el hotel excepto que hay algunas manchas profundasen la alfombra en algunas partes del pasillo que le dan mala imagen al hotel. Pero si eso no lo hubiéramos visto estaría excelente.

The hotel was close to the airport. It was quiet and clean. Our room faced the runway and you could watch the planes taking off while lying in bed.

Not bad, but not great.
Room condition was less than expected. Broken window shade wouldn't open, so it was stuck closed our entire stay. No desk in room to work on laptop. A table and bench was in the room, but the frame of the bench was bent, causing it to wobble when you sat in it - not an ideal workspace. Lighting in the room was really poor, especially in the bathroom. No cleaning service during our 2-night stay, even though we requested it. On a positive note, bar staff was very friendly and the living room/lobby was a pleasant place to spend time. Also loved that it was dog friendly. Will try another place next time we're in town.

This was an unexpected perfect little stay over for us. The customer service was excellent and the rooms were nice and clean. There is no continental breakfast but a nice restaurant. It turned out to be a perfect stay for us
