There is ample parking in the casino lot across from the hotel that is patrolled by security 24/7. We hope to have the honor of hosting you again.
Unfortunately both elevators were not in service. That was not convenient. One was fixed the next morning Front desk did not seem very invested in customer service. It’s still a nice place for the price.

We are awaiting parts to repair the one elevator and called a technician as soon as the second one went down as we cannot be without an elevator. A technician arrived within an hour and the issue was resolved within two. We hope to have the honor of hosting you again.

I’m still in pain from the bed. It was an awful bed. Only one of the elevators worked and the one that did work was not reliable. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was wonderful. The room was nice and clean.

The hotel and service is great. The surrounding store and options are very convenient. Our room was facing the water and moutains witj snow on top and was wonderful to see. The only downfall is the flooring has no padding so its a lil hard to walk on and makes the footsteps sound a lot liuder then should be. The walls are very thin so you can hear every guest walking down tje hall way and leave there room. Dont recommend if you dont have kids as the kids running around will annoy the guest thriighout the floor.

1. The property was in a nice area, very close to all the shopping and dining options. The beds were not that good. My family complained about them to be uncomfortable and that they couldn't get a good night's sleep. Maybe the quality of the beds need to be improved
2. We stayed on a weekend and a weekday. The breakfast on the weekend was very good. But the following weekday, there were not that many good options. I understand that the hotel would focus on the the weekend considering the traffic, but the quality has to be maintained regardless.

We do our best to maintain a water temperature of 80 degrees. We will continue to monitor the pool and room temperature to provide as much comfort as possible to all of our guests.
Nicely located next to the outlet, Casino, IMax theater, and lots of restaurants in the area. Both our rooms had the direct view of the lake on the 3rd floor. All these and the free breakfast, dog friendly hotel, EV charger, very friendly and helpful staff makes this pretty much the best hotel we've stayed in the greater reno/sparks area.

We had the king suite balcony room, we travel from California to stay here all the time! It is our favorite room! This time we were missing the extra sheets, pillows and blankets for the pull out bed, but I called downstairs and they got them up there within 15 minutes! Will be coming back

Stayed here for our son’s baseball tournament @ Golden Eagle Regional Park. An easy 15 min drive to the park. The location is great, lots of dining/food options within waking distance as well as entertainment including Scheel’s, Legends Bay casino, Coconut Bowl, etc. I would highly recommend all 3! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, lots of options. Would definitely stay here again.

Eric front desk has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! He rudely kept me waiting at front desk for a while. As he finally came out of the back office he was on a personal call the whole time he checked me into the hotel. His call was on speaker the whole time!
Never greeted me or said anything besides my I.d. & credit card for deposit. Never once did he make eye contact with me. He also continued his conversation while helping the next customer. We both agree that it was the rudest customer experience EVER!
