"This hotel has mostly tourists from Colombia and México . You will find 3 large pools, a Tennis court and 2 restaurants and bars. The food was delicious! The chef is a very nice professional and fast lady, and the man the greeted us was so kind and attentive that we forgot that the check in took and hour. "The property is indefinite disrepair, but location is not the best according to what I have found out and when you let them know upfront that you’re going to have a late checkout, they don’t disclose that they are going to switch you to a totally different room that was so hot that I could not even relax the rest of the day and I had to pay them an extra 50,000 pesos just to wait around to go to the airport never again while I stay at this place I don’t recommend anybody staying in this...
