"The apartment was in a Central location and came with all the amenities fully equipped kitchen, lounge and bedroom Very relaxing easy to find the building. Using of the key to open the door via the mobile phone was modern. We hadn’t checked in until 2 hours before ( unclear how that was possible as booked through a 3rd party) however calling the apartment reception we had a swift response from the apartment block and manager and managed to get through check in whilst still in our home country....

"This apartment was clean and cute! The space was plenty large for 4 adults. The online check-in process was easy. The location was amazing! Tons of restaurants and shops with in walking distance. Old town square and the astronomical clock were only about a ten to fifteen minute walk, and tons of nearby transit as well. The only thing I wish we had was a few more towels, but other than that, it was perfect."

"The location of this apartment was very good, it was about a 4 minute walk (250m) from the Bertramka tram stop. The apartment was also a 10 minute walk from the Novy Smichov Shopping Centre which has a Tesco to get water. The room was very clean and the check-in/check-out process was very smooth. The apartment also had a kitchen with utensils and a washing machine. There is no air conditioning in this apartment but they provided a fan which was nice."

"Bad check in process. No one contacted me in advance. I had to reach out directly and even then didn't hear back until just hours before our arrival. They told me to come to the main office. I did, with my 5 children and all our luggage... They then told us the actually property was nearly 2km away. I asked why I wasn't given the check in information sooner...they said it was because I hadn't yet paid the security deposity, which I had, 3 hours before arriving. It was all self check-in with a...

"Very nice, clean, and spacious place to stay. Also loved that the property was within a five minute walk to all the attractions while at the same time, just off the main streets where the crowds are."

"The room smelled and looked clean when we walked it. It was in a great location, we parked the car at a car park and then just walked everywhere until we left. Also nice to have 2 separate sleeping rooms."

"The property was very nicely loaded in the center of Cesky Krumlov. The view of the apartment was great. Size of the apartment is good. However the check-in instruction was terrible. The email sent earlier indicates a different property location. No parking related information at all. It didn’t alert guests that there is no parking allowed in the town. No parking lot recommendation. As we were redirected to the actual property with a large piece of luggage, the receptionist didn’t understand...
