"La femme de ménage passe seulement le matin très tôt, donc si nous sommes pas levé, personne nettoie la chambre. Les murs sont très fins, on entend des gens se disputer, crier le soir et de bon matin. Les rideaux ne cachent pas la lumière du soleil donc réveil matinal tous les jours, + des cris dans la rue ainsi que beaucoup de bruits de voitures. Si jamais vous avez des problèmes au niveau des jambes, sachez qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur."

"I really like this hotel. Everyone is very nice and the hotel is very clean. The rooms have everything you can look for or want from a nice hotel. There are two general buildings- the old one where Mozart stayed in suite 213 (from 1700s, which has no elevator) and the newer one (with an elevator and I think 4 floors) perhaps with the past 200 years. I stayed in the loft of the old one, and even when I was offered to move to the newer building, I thought my room was simply too charming to give up...

"The hotel was in the perfect location, easy to walk to numerous squares, restaurants, and tourist attractions. It was one block away from the tram which took you across town and could transfer to the metro or the bus.The breakfast was outstanding- the best variety we've had in any hotel and always fresh and well stocked. "This hotel took me by surprise, the location was perfect, close to all essentials and a short walk to old town. Wow the food, every mean was cooked to a high standard. Huge compliments to this hotel for its restaurant."

"The hotel location was excellent and the staff were pleasant. The AC thermostat in our room did not operate properly and the TV did not work. We notified the front desk staff the following day and they promptly sent a technician to fix the issues. This issues should’ve been detected prior to our arrival"

"フロントの方、文化なのか笑顔はありませんが、しっかり対応はしてくださります。 朝食でオムレツをオーダーするも、明らかに誰がどう見ても間違ったオムレツを妻に無理やりサーブされました。アレルギーとかもあるかもなので、そこだけはしっかりした方が良いと思いました。 その他は立地含めすてきでした。"
