"Sea-view rooms have terrible smoke is coming from the cooking exhaust pipe right below the balcony. Nothing helps to avoid the smell and carbon-monoxide exposure and we were surprised how even that is possible to rent that property out for us, who came to enjoy the sea view for $225/night. Staff were trying to solve the issue by giving us another room, but same smoke reaching out even higher location, so we ended up to running around at midnight and looking for another hotel. "Wir haben 6 Nächte im Perle House verbracht. Das Personal sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut."

"All good!"

"Great place to stay, excellent accommodation with terrific views, pleasant and attentive staff. Close enough to stroll to Fethiye with its harbour, shops and bazaar but also served with a nearby bus/taxi service. We have stayed on 3 previous occasions and always enjoyed our stay."

"Great location. 5 minutes to the promenade and 15 minutes to the Old Town. There’s a small park nearby where you can enjoy a delicious and affordable Turkish breakfast. The apartment is also very nice and spacious. Washing machine, kitchenette, comfortable sofa—it has everything you need."

"The hotel is a big surprise for me. I booked the hotel the same day, cause we are driving and don’t want to book a hotel and rush there. But the hotel is so pretty, they even upgraded my room to pool access. Room is big and clean, parking is enough. Parking is another reason when I pick the hotel, I don’t want any scratches on my rental car. It’s walking distance to the beach, I am so regret why I didn’t have an extra day to stay here and enjoy. Highly recommended."

"Small apart hotel . Room condition was good and Hotel crew was helpful but walls are very thin you can hear easily next room noises and conversation."

"AC did not work...poor room ventilation and smelled musty....rooms extremely small."

"It was good stay and was decent hotel but Front desk agent ( guy) needs to improve guest service. He was unprofessional."

"Otel çalışanları otel ve diğer imkanlar genel olarak çok iyiydi. Otelin havuzu gayet temiz ve hijyenikti. Herkes kesinlikle gönül rahatlığıyla tatilini bu otelde yapabilir."
