Great location and services

The property is well maintained and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were delicious. I especially loved the local cachaça. I would have used the gym and spa room more if it opened earlier.

Bom, mas esperava mais.

Faço essa avaliação pelos 2 quartos reservados por mim no período. E digo que pelo valor pago, sinceramente esperava mais do lugar. Assim que chegamos houve a necessidade de mudar de quarto pois a lâmpada não funcionava e os controles da TV tbm não. (Quarto 1) Houve demora para a realização da limpeza nos demais dias, mesmo com o uso da placa solicitando-a. Além da falta de manutenção na banheira do quarto, pois precisamos encher a banheira por 2x até que parasse de sair sujeira da tubulação, sendo a limpeza da mesma e conserto da bomba realizados apenas no 3° dia de estadia. (Quarto 2) O lugar é lindo, os atendentes das refeições e da piscina foram maravilhosos, a culinária também muito boa, mas não tenho certeza se voltaria, infelizmente.

DECEPÇÃO!! O que salva são as pessoas!

As equipes são todas excelentes!! Sempre atenciosos e simpáticos. O lugar é muito bonito e tem inúmeras atividades especialmente para crianças. A comida é bastante agradável mas as instalações precisam de manutenção urgente! Piscina faltando vários ladrilhos, quarto com porta do banheiro que não fecha, cama de armar quando deveria ser fica, entre outras. A descrição do quarto escolhido no site Hotéis.con não corresponde à realidade. Faltou muita coisa.

Melhorar a instalação do primeiro quarto

O hotel incrível, quando chegamos nos colocaram em um quarto ruim ( apto 61), sem ventilação, quarto escuro, cheirando a mofo e muito afastado de tudo, o secador do quarto era pessimo, 2 dias depois trocaram a gente de quarto e o quarto 6 foi maravilhoso. A comida é sensacional!!!!

O hotel é bem estruturado, mas está com obras em andamento, principalmente na área da piscina. Durante a nossa estadia houve diversos episódios de falta de água nos banheiros, o que incomodou bastante. Vimos em vários momentos caminhões pipa chegando, mas aparentemente não foram suficientes para evitar os transtornos. As crianças gostaram bastante da recreação. Boa comida.

Funcionários atenciosos, comida muito boa e um ambiente acolhedor com muitas árvores e pássaros. Recreação infantil muito boa mas poderia ter mais atividades para o público adulto. Senti bastante falta de pontos de hidratação pois a propriedade é grande e em um dia quente seria ótimo ter alguns pontos com água potável a disposição dos hóspedes.

Incrível! Segunda vez que decidimos ir para 3 Pinheiros e não não arrependemos. Dessa vez ficamos na suite deluxe e foi ótimo. Quarto espaçoso, limpexa impecável todos os dias. Meu filho tem 2 anos e disposeram cama para ele. Banheiro tamanho ótimo. Ducha quente. Pensão completa: grande e inesquecível diferencial deles. Tudoooo de primeira. Qualidade impecável inclusive no atendimento. Observaçao ao capuccino deles que é maravilhoso. Recreação: dia todo praticamente focado nas crianças, que a partir de 4 anos podem ficar desacompanhados. Pegamos final de semana com chuva, além do frio. Então recreação fez a diferença para ententer tantas crianças. Nosso foco acabou sendo a área kids (que é totalmente coberta e no caso de chuva foi otimooo) e piscina aquecida. Aliás, piscina aquecida deliciosaaaaaaaaaaa. Com hidromassagem. Foram duas e momentos incríveis nela. Ainda pegamos a festa junina,.que amamos. Alemã de música ao vivo durante toda a festa, teve quadrilha, todas as comidas típicas liberadas, barraquinhas de brincadeiras, tudo temático e lindo. Fizeram uma área de boliche que não tinha ano passado e estava bem animado. Para próximo ano: nova área da piscina com toboágua. Ficará lindo. Já virou vício, vamos voltar todo ano.

ÓTIMO! Tirando a quadra de tênis, estado de conservação MUITO bom, limpeza impecável, quartos confortáveis e equipe atenciosa. Não sei dizer se durante a semana a experiência é diferente daquela no fds, com o hotel cheio, mas foi tudo realmente incrível - a comida, em particular, o atendimento dos garçons e até o cuidado dos donos de conversar com os hóspedes (inclusive fazendo junto as refeições). Recomendo e voltaria com certeza!

O Hotel é muito bom, limpeza e alimentacão excelente, mas um ataque de cães a mim, minha Esposa e um outro casal de hóspede, ao visitarmos a cachoeira, dentro da área do hotel, nos prejudicou a experiência. Graças a Deus ninguém se feriu, o fato foi relatado a gerência, mas fica o alerta para os futuros hospedes terem cuidado ao visitar essa área do Hotel. Pelo que podemos apurar os cães deveriam estar presos em uma residência próximo a cachoeira.

Dias incríveis

Adoramos o hotel, em meio a natureza, comida muito boa, quartos grandes e limpos. No hotel tem um pista de boliche (a parte) muito legal. Tios da recreação uns amores e muito pacientes. O hotel tem guarda vidas e um casarão do século XVIII (18) encantador. Área kids coberta e descoberta, piscina climatizada e aquecida. Vale muito a experiência.
