"The room was the worst hotel room I’ve ever seen and certainly nowhere near 4 star. Everything is Broken and filthy with insects and bugs. Food was just as bad no variety at all, pointless going half board as we had to eat out most of the time as it was so bad. The facilities are neglected the customer care non existent and most nights there was screaming and fighting from locals at the front reception leaving clubs and bars . Incredibly unsafe for families and poor value for money. Worst...

"The listing for this apartment hotel was misleading. It said that it has Spa Facilities and swimming pool but it did not. There was such in nearby building in another hotel with similar name that charged extra 43 eur and said they have nothing to do with Flora Daisy"

Zudem hatten wir noch ein anderes Hotel in Sofia, dass ähnlich viel kostete und deutlich moderner und angenehmer war. Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis nicht. Auf die Beschwerde, dass es nach Zigaretten im Raum riecht hat man nur geantwortet, dass bestimmt ein anderer Gast auf dem Balkon unter dem Zimmer raucht... "The hotel is very overpriced. It is outdated and hotel staff were aloof. Mediocre overall. The gym was very dirty and had little to no equipment. The floors were filthy and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. No mats, towels and in a dungeon. The breakfast was mediocre. Would like to see healthier options and plant based options would be appreciated like in most other hotels. Would not be back."

"Til NYs eve vi var sent på en restaurant et par km væk fra hotellet. Vi var aldrig informeret før rejsen at det er ikke plads i Yagoda restaurant. Jeg var i kontakt med Yagoda flere gange før rejsen og jeg troede vi skal i Yagoda restaurant - afstand er vigtigt punkt når man rejser med børn. Man ryger i restauranten om aften - det var officielt æske bæger til ryger på hvert bord!"

"The room was mediocre, uncomfortable bed, they only gave us 2 towels for the tow of as. No towels for your hands. For an 110€+ per night hotel I would expect to have the white slippers which they normally put them in the room. We had the spa included, but you had to pay extra for the bathrobe.
