"Lucia was very kind and she made us feel welcome from the very beginning, she made sure we had everything we needed, recommended near by restaurants, and in the morning she made sure we enjoyed breakfast before we left every day! The property is gorgeous and very spacious! Did i mention heated floors!! The view from the balcony! I can go on all day about how much we enjoyed our stay! Overall great experience! Lovely place! Personnel à l’écoute et parking non couvert disponible via une réservation vivement conseillée. Même conseil pour le spa qui n’est pas inclus dans le prix de la chambre (malheureusement c’était complet à notre arrivée). L’hôtel mérite une bien meilleure notation et les photos ne reflètent pas la beauté de la bâtisse. Vivement conseillé. "

"A room with a view and a welcome as warm as the setting sun. We had an idyllic night in the Inferno room. Well worth the small upgrade fee to be facing South and enjoy the same view that the vines enjoy all year round. The bed was very comfortable, the location was very peaceful and the Ill Poggerio restaurant is the perfect accompaniment to the tranquil setting. Breakfast is simple and wholesome. "Die Begrüssung inkl. Wllkommensdrink und Mini-Nusstorte auf dem Zimmer waren super. Das Zimmer war ruhig, sauber, schön und geräumig. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Am Abend gab es in der Lobby noch eine Adventslesung, sehr toll. Beim Checkout (Dienstags bis 12 Uhr möglich) gab es noch ein Mineralwasser und ein Gewürz für zu Hause. Der Aufenthalt war super, wir kommen gerne wieder (war unser zweiter Aufenthalt)."
