Excellent. We were a family of 3 and it ticked all of the boxes, aqua park, kids club, various pools (with very friendly lifegaurds), and beach, good selection of restaurants and a beach bar. Also a few Tavernas within walking distance and so you are not confined to the hotel.

Schöne, großzügige Anlage. Trotz hoher Gästezahl verteilen sich die Gäste über die Anlage. Toll waren die in der höheren Preiskategorie zugänglichen Restaurants A La Carte, Griechisches Restaurant, Fischrestaurant. Dadurch konnte man dem lauten und hektischen Hauptrestaurant entgehen. Die Anlage des griechischen Dorfes mit Kapelle etc. ist sehr hübsch. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und familiär. Der Generalmanager und andere Leitende waren immer wieder auf der Anlage anzutreffen. Problem sind die Bäder in den Zimmern mit Dusche in der sehr schmalen Badewanne, hier muss nachgebessert werden. Es besteht die Gefahr, beim Duschen aus der Badewanne zu stürzen.

The hotel was great especially for families with young children. The creche & kids club facilities are really a highlight the best I’ve seen! The staff were all so friendly & helpful. The water park is also a highlight and great for young children with very shallow pools. Food variety & quality was really good & good cocktails at the various bars. Our family room was a good set up for a family of 3 giving our toddler his own room. Overall would definitely recommend to families with young children!

I booked last minute for one night before I was leaving Crete, basically just needed a clean room to sleep in before my flight back in the morning. Sounds simple? Well, it was not. Upon check-in, the clerk (the one employee there who was very lovely, and helpful) offered to "upgrade" me to a waterfront bungalow. Once arriving in the room, it seemed very outdated, but not in terrible condition & came with a patio w. a great sea view. Since I was there for one night, it seemed fine. Then I went to check out the patio and the door came right off the hinge at the top. The hinge was so rusted, the door would literally fall off and had to be forced back in place and then gently opened to get outside. Once outside on the patio, I realized that there was no handle on the exterior door (thankfully realizing this before the door was fully closed behind me). The next highlight? ANTS in the room. Ants on the living area floor, and ants in the bed. Ants swarming the bathroom floor. Next highlight? DUST - dust in all of the vents, especially the a/c unit. Dust on all table tops and objects in the room. When I called to let them know - the desk clerk told me they would send someone to "service" between 3am - 830am (I was leaving at 830am). I was told a room switch was not possible. When I asked for a refund the next day, or even a partial refund, I was told by both the hotel & Expedia that was not policy and this situation did not warrant any type of refund.

I stayed here for a week and I would rate it as the worst resort I have ever stayed in. Beach was bad , ocean too rough, and only one beach bar for entire beach and it was bad service.

Très bon séjour dans un hôtel très propre

Hôtel situé à l’écart du centre-ville offrant tout le confort et les activités qu’on peut souhaiter. Le personnel est très accueillant et toujours disponible. Tout l’hôtel affiche une propreté irréprochable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec nos enfants. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet hôtel.

Excellent séjour en famille

Trés bon sejour , hôtel propre, confortable et adapté aux enfants, bravo au mini club du jamais vu !! La plage est accessible en direct, prevoir des chaussures adaptées pour la baignade. Restauration variée et goûteuse.

Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel. Allerdings war die Liegensituation katastrophal. Wir haben erst am 4. Tag Liegen am Pool bekommen. Zudem gab es sehr lange Warteschlangen im Hauptrestaurant. Das Hotel sollte weniger Hotelgäste aufnehmen.

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und jeder findet einen Platz für seine Erholung. Wenig deutsche Gäste, was aber nicht störend ist. Die Bäder könnten teilweise renoviert werden. Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel mit vielen Freizeitangeboten!

We were lucky enough to have booked a Mythica bungalow, and I couldn't recommend it enough. The private pool was cold but having the extra bit of privacy and somewhere quiet to relax with a perfect view of the beach and sea was wonderful. Being able to eat at the Eleftherna restaurant as many times as we wanted to due the plan we were on was fantastic and the highlight, with George and Syllas always looking after us! The spa and indoor pool were lovely, but when there were a couple days of rain it was full of children which disturbed the atmosphere. Also the indoor pool allegedly opens at 10am yet all the poolside loungers had gone by 9.55, I'm not sure why people were allowed to reserve like that. The outside at our bungalow would have been fine to sit at but there wasn't a solid roof covering, so everything was soaking which was a shame. Umbrellas or ponchos in the rooms would be a good idea, and just charge if they go missing like they do with the beach towels. All in all though it was fantastic, Maria was amazing and very helpful. We'd definitely like to return, but I did enjoy the quiet of the pre season and probably would prefer it to the busy period from mid May onwards! Just with more to do without noisy children around during the rainy days!

Good resort, good breakfast, the room is outdated. needed more electric power plugins, there were only two at TV wall, but no one near the bed.

Not a 5 star hotel. Restaurants and service should be improved. Children’s club and beach side are definitely an up!

The hotel was beautiful and staff very nice. Very clean! Beach was not great especially for kids. Very rocky and we couldn’t swim. Also, water park and pool were great but closed so early. Because the beach was not great we traveled to Other beaches and wish we couldv’e come back to swim at hotel but the water park closed at 6pm and Pool at 7pm. As great as everything else was, this really killed the hotel experience for us!
