However, this doesn’t take away from the kindness of the staff and willingness to help. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anybody looking for a getaway from a big city especially the pool access room which was very relaxing."

"I really enjoyed my stay at POR Arak Hotel. The hotel is small, but the rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything felt well taken care of. I booked a pool access room thinking I would use it a lot, but honestly, it wasn't necessary. We were barely at the hotel since Chiang Mai is more about going out and exploring. I wouldn't personally pay extra for the pool next time. One of my favorite parts was the breakfast it was honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts I had during my trip in...

"Stayed here for two nights. Breakfast included. First night had 2 for 1 drinks. Good cocktails. Ate dinner at restaurant and it was great. Staff was also very good. Room is very comfortable including the bed. A few things need some attention but overall great place. Lots of breakfast items to choose from off a digital menu. 2nd night we ate dinner somewhere else that they recommended and it was fantastic. Easy to get to also. Location is great."

"Great location for walking around the city. Lots of shops in the neighbourhood. It is close to the airport and on the flight path. It doesn’t run 24 hours so may not notice. Breakfast buffet was great. Lots of options. "

"This was the perfect place to stay during Songkran. It was far enough away from a lot of the main action but close enough to walk everywhere and central to other parts of the city outside of the Songkran holiday. The manager was extremely pleasant and helpful, always with a nice word to say. For Songkran, they were thoughtful enough to provide water guns and plastic cases for your phone and valuables. Will definitely stay at Lee Chiang next time I’m in Chiang Mai."
