"Overall, we had a good stay. The location is excellent, with incredible views, and the suite was comfortable, spacious, and clean, with a well-stocked kitchen.
We booked the Classic Suite for five people and were a little surprised that there was no electric kettle and that the bedding for the sofa bed was not initially visible. We later found the bedding set stored inside the ottoman, so it may be helpful to have this information provided at check-in.

"Saturday, August 9th, 2026. We were traveling from Pentiction. There is a horrible fire in the Summerland area, resulting in #97 between Summerland & Peachland closing, effectively cutting off our route home via Revelstoke.
Let me say, we have been staying at this hotel for years. When we came through on July 26th, the front desk person commented and thanked me for being a long time customer.
So the fire is raging and we can't get to Revy via the #97. I contact the hotel, using my Expedia agent,...
"A very unique place. We really enjoyed the architecture. Garden,ghost town, kayaking, and table tennis. This is not a boring hotel.
Few things i felt missing. Microwave or an iron. Coffee maker was provided but no cups. Shower water pressure was insanely high.
Must mention they have a friendly staff. Cheers"
"We don’t often stay in hotels as we prefer to stay in Airbnb with more space and more amenities. The highway closed and we made the decision to turn back to Revelstoke and spend the night in a hotel. Not many options available so booked this hotel and it was perfect. We had lots of gear and 2 e-bikes and they had storage for both. The restaurant made excellent chicken tacos and we played one of the provided games. The outdoor fire pit area was super cute. Did not use the hot tub or Bbq...
