"Unser Aufenthalt war leider eine große Enttäuschung. Bereits bei der Ankunft fiel auf, dass das Zimmer nicht in einem zufriedenstellenden Zustand war. Der Zahnputzbecher war verschmutzt und die Matratze war stark durchgelegen, sodass ein erholsamer Schlaf kaum möglich war. Auch der Service ließ erheblich zu wünschen übrig.
