"Great location and a lovely garden/patio area. The staff were very helpful and gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and a nearby bakery. The room was a good size and had a small kitchenette, which was convenient if we wanted to eat in the room. The bathroom, however, was very small, and the carpet had some noticeable stains. Overall, a pleasant stay with a great location and especially helpful staff."

"The hotel is excellently situated. For an old building the amenities are the best to be expected - tea & coffee making supplied & a fan ( very much needed as it was very hot) The staff are very helpful & friendly"

"Staff was very polite and helpful. air conditioning worked very well and room was also well kept. You build your breakfast, they have breads and jams as well as slices of cheese and hams, hard boiled eggs and fruit. They have a coffee Machine to make espresso shots or you could make like a cappuccino they also have variety of teas. There are a lot of restaurants you could just walk to. It is a 1 hour walk to the eiffel tower, 1 hour walk to the arc de triomphe, 22 minute walk to Tuileries Garden."

"This is a fantastically located property. Just 11 minutes walking from Les Halles, several bars, restaurants cafes, all within one minute walking distance. Easy access to Metro easily available taxis. The property was exceptionally clean, and the communication with the staff is very straightforward through WhatsApp or at the Desk. They were very helpful. We have a problem with the AC, but it was promptly fixed. I would stay here again on a heartbeat if I ever came back to Paris. Highly recommended."

"The bed had one side without any walk path to it, so the person by the wall had to climb over the other person. And,it didn't have any electric outlets. Also, the boards under the bed kept falling out revealing the dust and some garbage accumulated under the bed. We also requested the service (you have to request it) and left for the day; we got back at 4pm and the service had not been done yet. As we went to the shower, the service arrived, so we had to scramble to get dressed and get out of the room. Hard to call a place 4 statrs when you have to request service instead of the reverse of requesting no service for the day with service being the default."
