If you’re looking for a lukewarm shower after a long travel day, this is your place. If you’re wanting to listen to the jet engine sound of the shower above you from the local crack heads at 2am, this is your place. If you want comfort and a nice quiet place, look somewhere else. Changed rooms twice before my head even hit the pillow. Finally at 6am after one night, I cancelled my 4 night stay and went somewhere else. I wish the was less than 1 star.

Yes it was welcoming to pets, but we didn't have any. The room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Thank you for having a shower chair. It was very helpful. The breakfast was good and the staff treated us very well. We would love to come back.

Not good noise reduction – could hear people talking in a normal volume in the hallways and room doors closing were very loud. Several food items and the water were out both days during the breakfast and it did not seem that there were enough staff to keep up with it.

I was on the bottom floor, but whoever was above me sounded like they had the dancing bears visiting. They kept pacing across the floor back-and-forth and heavy footed. I had to get to bed early because I had a very early departure so I needed more rest than I was allowed. The Doors downstairs slam whenever someone would walk through One Direction or the other, so there was a lot of slamming of doors down on my end of the wing until the later evening. The noise began again about 5:30 AM as the same door slamming and the resident upstairs was walking back-and-forth getting ready for their departure. I’ve stayed here before, and I enjoyed the stay very much but this one I did not have such good results.

Beware of online booking prejudice here!

This place has no elevator. We were given a room adjacent to stairs (more on this later). People were thumping up and down all night. I complained after one night and was offered a different room but I didn't want to hassle moving since the desk manager assured me it would be quieter the second night, it was not. People were noisily thumping up and down the stairs until 1 AM again at 3 and 5:30. I got very limited sleep both nights. I complained again after the second night suggesting they comp one night. One desk person was just rude, the desk manager was pleasant enough but said he couldn't do anything since we didn't book directly with the hotel but through an online service. I was told at check in that the room location would be quiet since they were only about 1/3 full. They had to know that any room adjacent to stairs would not be quiet. It seems to me that the rooms adjacent to the stairs should be assigned only after all others are full since staff must know they're noisy. I came away thinking that they assign poor rooms locations to people who book " through an online service". My impression was that I was a second class customer because of online booking. I will never stay here again!
