"There was a volcanic eruption near the property which disrupted our stay. The manager was excellent in assisting us, making other accommodations on our behalf and handling all of the logistics. "

"Great hotel and spa, really well presented building and the rooms were clean, well equipped and quiet. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very attentive and polite. OK it's a little pricey but well worth the experience overall. The only negative for me was from the Lava restaurant where I had probably the worst steak ever especially given it's hefty price tag."
