Aside for a bit of problems with the door code, handle and the battery that left me waiting outside for a bit I can not fault anyone. The staff via WhatsApp , phone and the guy that repaired my door were kind and polite. The room was not spotless but nothing to complain about. The room, the area, the view was great! Just a suggestion...if you leave some cleaning products and accessories ( broom, mop, etc.) it would make it easier to keep the room even cleaner as there is no service available. Overall i enjoyed my stay and would definitely suggest to others. P. S. A small microwave would also help.😉

New years in Reykjavik

We spent 2 nights here over new years. The check in was easy and location is very convenient for walking around the city. No issues getting parking. The apartment is quite cozy. The only complaint we had was the pull out sofa. If as very uncomfortable and hard for my children to sleep on. Maybe would be ok for a smaller child but that would be it. Other than that we had a great stay

Great stay. Very convenient and close to all activities. Parking can be a hassle as there is no dedicated spot - people living around the building seem a bit testy about renters. Our entry code was sent to us ahead of time but was not ‘initiated’ so did not work - had to call and get a new one impromptu. A bit unexpected.

This was a very central location which made walking very easy to shop and visit different local points of interest. The locks on the front door and the apartment door were very difficult and frustrating to operate which caused us considerable anxiety. When we arrived, there was no toilet paper in the restroom and no light above the kitchen area. Communication was difficult because it was hard to find the correct email address for the host. This place was OK in a pinch and rather expensive.

This would have been a great stay— the apartment was well appointed and in a very walkable part of the city. But I was traveling alone and in the morning someone typed in the key code to the room and started to open the door. I came to the door and said “who is it?” But the person never answered and dashed down th hallway and exited the building. This made me feel pretty unsafe there and unsafe leaving my things in the room when I went out. If it was staff then I think it’s important they identify themselves to guests if there’s a mistaken entry, and if not staff then I think the door codes are not very secure which is concerning. Ultimately this ruined my stay and I would not stay there again.

Beliggenhet midt i smørøyet

Veldig god senger. Godt utstyrt minikjøkken og god standard. Beliggenhet midt i smørøyet. Enkel kommunikasjon med overnattingssted og kode til ytterdør og rom tilsendt i god tid. Da vi ankom var ikke søppel fra forrige gjest tømt, så det ble fort fult i de små bøttene under vasken. I tillegg var det en del støv og hybelkaniner på gulvet (særlig under sengene). Informasjon om leiligheten på hotels.com var ikke helt oppdatert (feks ingen flyplasstransport el døgnåpen resepsjon), men dette avklarte verten ganske kjapt på Mail. Oppsummert; vil du bo i leilighet sentralt i Reykjavik får du god valuta for pengene her.

Smidigt och modernt boende i Reykjavik!

Detta är ett modernt hotell utan reception. Ingen incheckning behövdes. Vi fick tydliga instruktioner via mejl något dygn före vår vistelse. Där fanns all information om våra rum och vilken kod det var till varje rum. Ingen kortnyckel behövs utan en 4 siffrig kod för att ta sig in i rummen. Ren modern studiolägenhet. Vårt sällskap på 6 personer bokade 3 st rum med 2 sängar i varje. Två av rummen var lite större och hade en soffa i vardagsrummet/köket. Mörkläggningsgardiner fanns i alla fönster. Alla rummen hade rymliga badrum med dusch, stor spegel och handdukstork. Duschen hade behövt ett längre duschdraperi eller en högre kant vid golvet, då väldigt mycket vatten hamnade utanför när vi duschade. Köket var utrustat med det vi behövde för en weekend. Det fanns både vattenkokare och brödrost. Dock ingen mikrovågsugn! Nära till gågata med både shopping, restauranger och mataffär. Det finns många parkeringsplatser i närheten, som inte kostade så mycket. Vissa tider var det gratis parkering. Vi hade det svårt med koden till ytterdörren, vi fick prova några gånger för att komma in. Hotellet var nytt och fräscht. Hiss finns! Hela sällskapet är mycket nöjda med Saga Studios by Ylma!

좋았어요

창문에 고개내밀고 옆에 보는 뷰가 정말 예뻐요. 테라스에서 교회도 좀 보여서 좋아요. 처음 도착했을 때 화장실에서 찌린내가 심하게 나서 환기 시켰는데 그래도 소용없더라고요. 그래서 문의했더니 청소해주셔서 괜찮아졌어요. 문의 답변 정말 빨라요. 리셉션 없어도 소통이 빨리 돼서 괜찮아요. 전자레인지가 있었으면 더 좋았을 것 같아요.

Erittäin hyvä kokemus. Loistava sijainti vastapäätä uimahallia ja lähellä keskustaa. Ainoa puute oli kynnysmatto/kuramatto, jonka päälle kengät olisi näin kurakelillä voinut jättää!
