"Curtains were askew! Night light didn’t work! Clock was not set to correct time! "

"Things could have been cleaner. Our soap dispensers in the bathroom were held up by black duct tape. The bases of the beds were made of aluminum which was an uncomfortable/odd noise throughout the night. Breakfast area wasn’t clean and not good. Staff was very nice and great customer service. The kids loved the pool but the water wasn’t clear. Looked a bit murky. It was a fine stay. Just not super clean feeling. "

"The girl working the front desk was excellent, very professional and did everything she could to assist me with the issues at the motel. First off the television would not work properly which highly irritated me... And their ice machine was broken, The room had some minor flaws nothing that was totally unlivable but just enough to be irritating. Overall my stay was just average with the exception of the lady at the front desk who was exceptional"

"Check in was a breeze. We had an amazing stay at the Hyatt Place East Moline / Quad Cities. The hotel was extremely clean, modern, and relaxing from the moment we arrived. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the river views were absolutely beautiful, especially at sunset. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet, which made it easy to fully relax and enjoy the trip. "First room had bugs and the window was so cracked that the wind kept us up all night. When I asked for a new room the next room we got the bathroom was disgusting but we made due. Will not be staying here again"

"Disappointed in my stay at Walcott Iowa Comfort Inn. Gave list of four problems noted with my stay to front desk staff on way out. No response received. Breakfast wasn't as nice as indicated in the reviews. Breakfast juice dispenser not operational. Probably will Not stay at this location again nor recommend that others do the same. "This is a beautiful casino and hotel. Rooms are very large and staff pleasant. It is non smoking too. Parking is great and no charge. Highly recommend. "
