"The complimentary shuttle was not running the night we arrived in Atlanta at 1:30 am eventhough we were told it runs until 3 am. It is convenient to the airport but when the shuttle isn't running thats not very convenient. Fortunately a competitor's hotel service took us to our hotel and we tipped him. "We were here ovwrnight on a road trip. The person that checked us in was super nice, polite, fun ... really made the decision to stay here feel good. The room was clean, the hotel was clean and updated. There's plenty of shopping and dining within a 10 minute radius. "
