We absolutely loved our stay at Eden Roc Resort! We now know why people keep coming back. The staff are all great and there is superb Al a carte restaurants to choose from.

Upton arriving to the hotel, it met our expectations, modern, clean and welcoming. However after a few days issues with the hotel started to unfold. The 'hot' food served in the buffet was always cold. This became a concern so we avoided it as much as possible. Bar service was slow, often queuing for over 15min+ for a drink. The cocktail menu was limited and the standard of cocktails being poor often being given drinks half filled or not made well, which made them undrinkable Most of the al a carte restaurant we ate in where great, however we found booking these difficult. We had a party of 9 across three rooms and had to book reservations with concierge on our first day to secure dining. We couldn't get into any the first two days due to availability, but when attending the restaurants we had booked these where almost empty at times We had booked an executive suite our shower leaked and would flood the room if a few towels weren't put down under the shower door The ceiling in the walk in wardrobe started to leak and water from the air-conditioning unit leaked onto my clothes. It took maintenance 4 hours to respond while water kept coming down The hotel offered to launder my clothes which i didn’t receive back until 10pm & inspection most of the clothes were damp. There was a leak outside our bedroom, there was visible mould on the wall and water all over the floor which didn’t get cleaned up I wouldn't consider this to be a 5* hotel

An unforgettable week for the second time, staying in the pool bungalow with the bar included (breakfast and lunch plus cocktails) exclusively for pool bungalow guests. The food, coffee, cocktails, and more are of better quality and in a quiet environment. The room, the setting, the service, the housekeeping, the restaurants, the games, and the evening entertainment are extraordinary. It's just a shame that the meals are exactly the same as they were two years ago. I ate the same things. If the hotel could change the menu and buffet every one or two years, it would be perfect. But hey, it was as good as the first time.

What an incredible hotel! So beautifully decorated, such a vibe. Staff are wonderful. The food selection is incredible, so many different restaurants- even for breakfast & lunch. Garden Bungalow was clean and spacious. This is the first hotel I’ve genuinely been excited to return to. What a gem!

Amazing hotel and location - lots of issues trying to book restaurants - then when you get in they are not full - maybe because first week of the season and staffing issues - other than that we had a great week and think it’s very good value for money.

Fabulous Hotel. We will be returning.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and from start to finish, the experience was amazing. The level of service was fantastic. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. I especially want to give thanks to Soubi the Barman who looked after us all holiday. You are a credit to the hotel. The room was very clean and had an amazing sea views from the balcony. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough, and everything—from the linens to the bathroom—was spotless. The amenities were another highlight. Whether it was the fitness centre, sports facilities, pool or on-site dining options, everything was to an excellent standard. One of the standout features of my visit was the hotel’s onsite restaurants. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, the service was great, and nearly every dish I tried was absolutely delicious. There was only one of the restaurants that we didn’t really enjoy which was the grill. However It’s rare to find a hotel with such a large choice of restaurants that could easily stand on thier own, but these exceeded all expectations. All the staff work so hard and guest relations are always on hand if you require help booking into the restaurant. I wouldn’t hesitate to return, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free stay. We will certainly be returning.

Great food and customer service

We really enjoyed our stay. Customer service is excellent and every member of staff went out of their way to make our time enjoyable at Eden Roc. Food options are amazing and really good quality. But we didn’t rooms were 5 star standard. Our booking was a superior double and although the sea view was amazing, we felt the quality of furnishings etc were quite poor. The stay at Eden Roc was part of a longer stay in Rhodes and our previous 2 star apartment had much better quality furnishings!
