"Sauna not hit enough and when requested towel’s staff said sone times they just run out. "

"Free parking. The staff was friendly. Rooms were very clean and felt modern. The kitchen, although not used looked very usable for an extended stay. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The bed was medium softness and were comfortable"

"The staff is very nice and helpful. Airport shuttle at 3:00 am was no problem."

"We were very disappointed in our stay. The desk chair in our room was torn and the surface of the side chair was peeling off. They had put a cover over the seat to hide the tears but the back and the arms were cracked and peeling. When we returned to our room on the 2nd day, we found 2 bags of garbage on the floor, garbage laying in the corner that wasn’t ours, dirty, wet towels on the bathroom floor (we had hung ours up after showering) our bed wasn’t made up and they hadn’t replenished the pods of coffee."

"The place had a very strong smell of cleaning chemicals, yet it still didn’t feel clean. The bedding, carpet, and overall condition were very old, worn, and unpleasant. It felt like a rundown motel with the Best Western name attached to it."
