Hotel muito bom, quarto confortável. No entanto, há uma porta de conexão entre os quartos e, se os hóspedes ao lado conversarem, é possível ouvir. O ar-condicionado é bastante barulhento e a luz do painel não apaga, o que pode incomodar quem prefere dormir no escuro. No mais, tudo certo. Café da manhã excelente.

O objetivo foi somente dormir no hotel, pois teria uma viajem longo no outro dia. Infelizmente não tive uma noite agradável, pois além de alguns barulhos na circulação, ouvimos barulhos dos quartos vizinha, mas, o que MAIS incomodou, e não tive uma noite se sono agradável, foi o barulho do ar condicionado do nosso quarto (210) e mesmo desligando o barulho dos quartos vizinhos foi infernal. Não consegui dormir o suficiente devido a este zunido de motor das máquinas de ar condicionado. Outro detalhe que me deixou muito constrangido foi verificar que a porta do nosso quarto tinha sito arrombada anteriormente e estava toda quebrada, esta suíte deveria ter sido interditada para o devido reparo.

A equipe demonstrou boa vontade e tentou ser atenciosa, mas o serviço ficou abaixo do esperado. Acredito que a demanda atual do hotel é maior do que a capacidade e eficiência operacional da equipe. Percebi que havia funcionários novos sendo treinados diretamente na prática, o que acabou gerando desorganização e impacto na qualidade do atendimento — um erro de gestão, pois esse tipo de capacitação deveria ocorrer sem prejudicar o hóspede. Reservei três quartos, e em todos houve entrada de água durante a chuva. Um deles estava com o box entupido, o que nos obrigou a trocar de quarto. Foi apenas uma noite de hospedagem, mas considero um número alto de ocorrências para um período tão curto, o que mostra que há vários pontos a melhorar. Os quartos estavam limpos, porém antigos e com sensação de desgaste. Apesar da limpeza, o ar de desconforto causado pela antiguidade da estrutura é perceptível e merece atenção.

Reservei quarto triplo executivo e p primeiro quarto que me ofereceram era muito ruim, as camas eram moles e velhas, no segundo quarto as camas era pouco melhores, mas a foto não é igual ao quarto, pois o quarto que me hospedei parecia um quarto standard. Ainda o quarto não tem uma acústica boa, a tv não pega todos os canais oferecidos e o wi-fi é ruim, não pega direito, caia todo hora. O café da manhã é bom, padrão Dan Inn.

No geral o custo benefício é válido, no entanto achei a senhora do café um tanto indelicada retirando tudo porque o relógio marcava 9:30 e esse é o horário final do café. Penso que ela apenas poderia fechar a porta, que as pessoas que lá estavam já iriam se tocar. Fica a dica!

A estadia foi bem razoável. O chão do quarto estava sujo, e o banheiro era minúsculo. A cama era ok, mas dava pra ouvir as pessoas no corredor. A unica coisa boa no hotel foi o café da manhã, porém o hotel estava bem lotado e a equipe não estava dando conta de repor. O hotel do lado, considerado express, tinha melhor estrutura do esse. Foi bem ruim no geral.
